In 2002, Tavis founded his first startup Ideative, a consumer products company. With Ideative he took seven of his patented products to international retail markets. Prior to that, Tavis was an eCommerce Strategist at Nortel for 11 years; he also spent 13 years in the Air Force Communications Command as a software programmer.

Prior to launching SmartLight Analytics in 2016, George worked as an independent statistical consultant for multiple healthcare IT companies and directed the Statistical Analytics team at Emdeon. Prior to that, she managed data intelligence for HCSC.

Sarah Soisson is the Founder and COO of ClaraPrice, a Digital Health SaaS platform providing condition-based cost estimates for inpatient Hospitalizations. She is a Hospital Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Healthcare Reimbursement expert with over 20 years of industry experience, and a Health Wildcatters 2019 Alumnus. 


She is an ICD-10 expert and certified trainer, and she is a founding member of the National External Peer Review Program (EPRP). This program was adopted by 170+ hospitals in the U.S. and has been recognized worldwide for tracking measures and maintaining metrics on clinical practice guidelines and standards.
