In 2002, Tavis founded his first startup Ideative, a consumer products company. With Ideative he took seven of his patented products to international retail markets. Prior to that, Tavis was an eCommerce Strategist at Nortel for 11 years; he also spent 13 years in the Air Force Communications Command as a software programmer.

Her 17 years of experience in healthcare data analysis along with her academic background in epidemiology and biostatistics provides a knowledge base to expertly interpret statistical and clinical data.
Prior to launching SmartLight Analytics in 2016, George worked as an independent statistical consultant for multiple healthcare IT companies and directed the Statistical Analytics team at Emdeon. Prior to that, she managed data intelligence for HCSC.
George holds a graduate certification in Statistics and Economic Data Analysis from the University of Texas, Dallas; a master’s degree in Biostatistics/Epidemiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Jesus is co-founder of Fully Alive Health, the first free-market healthcare savings membership platform for Latino employers and consumers offering concierge care at wholesale prices. He has over 25 years of experience in management and consulting for startups and healthcare organizations.
An industrial engineer with a master’s in engineering, specialized in project management and logistics with an emphasis in social concerns and healthcare, Jesus is also a sought-out speaker and writer in the Latino community with experience in online training, group facilitating, motivational interviewing, coaching and developing curricula for organizations and groups.
Matt is an entrepreneur, start-up founder and product management professional with a passion for working with start-ups and other entrepreneurs to support market research, product development and management.
With bachelor degrees in Information Systems and Information Security, as well as an MBA in Management of Technology, Matt has amassed a varied wealth of knowledge and experience. From internships at the Library of Congress and regional security groups, to working at tech start-ups, as well as competing internationally in tech venture competitions, Matt has gained a broad understanding and extensive interest in tech entrepreneurship and development spanning across both private and public sectors; he has been twice-nominated for the Texas Business Hall of Fame. Tyler Register is the CEO and Co-founder of Ataia Medical. Ataia Medical is dedicated to introducing innovative technology to allow patients to verbally communicate with their new communication system, SPEAX.
Prior to Ataia Medical, Tyler worked at Siemens Healthcare’s Innovation Think Tank developing solutions for some of healthcare’s biggest problems, and studied at Georgia Institute of Technology in the Biomedical Engineering program.

She is a Hospital Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Healthcare Reimbursement expert with over 20 years of industry experience, and a Health Wildcatters 2019 Alumnus.
She is an ICD-10 expert and certified trainer, and she is a founding member of the National External Peer Review Program (EPRP). This program was adopted by 170+ hospitals in the U.S. and has been recognized worldwide for tracking measures and maintaining metrics on clinical practice guidelines and standards.
