Micky Fokken

Micky Fokken is the Director of Care Delivery Innovation Lab at Children’s Health, a multi-faceted children’s health system in Dallas, Texas. He is passionate about improving healthcare through digital and care delivery innovation. He leads the Children’s Health Innovation Lab, which partners with multiple groups within Children’s Health to advocate for innovators, explore new ideas, and support a culture of innovation. The Innovation Lab also collaborates with startups and early stage companies seeking opportunities to co-develop and test new solutions serving pediatric populations.

Working at Children’s Health since 2010, he has also served in leadership roles in HR and the Learning Institute, leading the instructional design and HR analytics programs.

Prior to Children’s Health, Micky worked for eInstruction, an education technology company. He holds a BS and MS in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas, along with a MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Birmingham at Alabama.
