 Tavis Schriefer is the Founder/CEO of teleCalm whose mission is to help seniors stay safely connected with family and friends, while prolonging their independence. teleCalm’s patented service solves phone challenges for families living with Alzheimer’s and other memory issues, currently in 118 senior living communities and homes across 38 states.

In 2002, Tavis founded his first startup Ideative, a consumer products company. With Ideative he took seven of his patented products to international retail markets. Prior to that, Tavis was an eCommerce Strategist at Nortel for 11 years; he also spent 13 years in the Air Force Communications Command as a software programmer.

SmartLight Analytics CEO and Co-founder Asha George is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the rising cost of healthcare. Her 17 years of experience in healthcare data analysis along with her academic background in epidemiology and biostatistics provides a knowledge base to expertly interpret statistical and clinical data. 

Prior to launching SmartLight Analytics in 2016, George worked as an independent statistical consultant for multiple healthcare IT companies and directed the Statistical Analytics team at Emdeon. Prior to that, she managed data intelligence for HCSC.
