Andrea Stephany Díaz is a visionary entrepreneur and the Co-founder of OncoSwab. Selected as a top 100 young scientist in Europe, she stumbled upon a cancer screening idea that led her to start her first diagnostic company at the age of 24. Andrea pursued a Master’s degree in molecular biotechnology with a goal of making an impact in global health. Today, lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in the world, fueling Andrea's strategic vision for early detection with OncoSwab. Andrea brings a wealth of expertise and passion to these topics, making her an engaging and insightful guest for discussions on entrepreneurship, healthcare innovation, and the transformative potential of OncoSwab. Andrea is also committed to inspiring the next generation of young women in STEM through her YouTube channel, DNAndrea.

CEO, Evry Health (acq. Globe Life)

Entrepreneur Chris Gay moved from disrupting car insurance to health insurance with digital-first Evry Health, which increased electronic health engagement by a factor of five compared to the legacy insurers in 2023. Evry Health, acquired by Globe Life in October, aims to eliminate barriers to care and increase physician engagement by wiping out deductibles and copays,  improving medical quality, and increasing access and transparency.   

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Market Development, Texas Health 

Brandon Pope, PhD, is senior vice president of strategy and market development at Texas Health Resources, the largest healthcare provider in North Texas. In his role at Texas Health, Brandon oversees market development and intelligence, growth planning, and consumer/product insights. Brandon has spent his career focused on applying systems engineering principles and methodologies to health systems including value-based care, quality, strategy and growth planning. Brandon has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Abilene Christian University. He also has master’s and doctoral degrees in industrial and systems engineering from Texas A&M University.
